By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

These Terms are in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Safety & Contraindications Policy, and Cancellation Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

1. ABOUT THE APP

The Soul Voyage App is owned and operated by Blue Root Acupuncture LLC.

The App provides access to wellness, educational, personal development, and spiritual growth content, including but not limited to:

Somatic Breathwork Sessions
Sacred Geometry Meditations
Guided Healing Journeys
Educational Trainings
Audio Content
Video Content
Programs and Courses
Community Features
Membership Content

Content may be added, modified, updated, or removed at any time without notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or use the App unless otherwise permitted by law and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. PERSONAL USE ONLY

Your account is licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

Share your login credentials
Allow another person to access your account
Resell access to the App
Reproduce or distribute App content
Upload App content to other platforms
Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Certain portions of the App may require a paid subscription or membership.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and included features will be displayed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for payments already processed.

Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, subscriptions, memberships, courses, programs, downloadable materials, and digital products offered through the App are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Please review all purchase information carefully before completing your transaction.

6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The App contains educational wellness content, including breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation practices, and Sacred Geometry Energy Healing content.

The App is not intended to provide medical advice, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or healthcare services.

Users are responsible for reviewing our Safety & Contraindications Policy before participating in any breathwork or wellness practice contained within the App.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All App content is owned by Blue Root Acupuncture LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes:

Audio recordings
Videos
Breathwork journeys
Sacred Geometry meditations
Written content
Course materials
Graphics
Logos
Branding
Program structures
Educational resources

No content may be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, sold, modified, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Soul Voyage reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if:

These Terms are violated
Unauthorized sharing occurs
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Abuse of the platform occurs
Use of the App creates legal or operational risk

Termination may occur without refund.

9. CONTENT AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the App; however, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available.

Features, content, programs, and functionality may change without notice.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soul Voyage and Blue Root Acupuncture LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including:
