Services may be offered in person, online, through recorded content, through our mobile application, or in collaboration with third-party venues and wellness practitioners.

All Soul Voyage offerings are intended for educational, wellness, personal development, and spiritual growth purposes only.

Our services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or any other licensed healthcare service.

Nothing offered by The Soul Voyage is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, psychological condition, or mental health disorder.

4. ELIGIBILITY

By participating in any Soul Voyage offering, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent where legally permitted.
You have reviewed all applicable safety information provided by The Soul Voyage.
You have consulted a qualified healthcare provider when appropriate regarding your participation.
You are voluntarily choosing to participate in our offerings and accept responsibility for that decision.
You understand that participation may involve physical, emotional, psychological, energetic, spiritual, and personal development experiences.

The Soul Voyage reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual when deemed necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

5. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Registration for events, programs, retreats, memberships, subscriptions, and other offerings is subject to availability.

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Participants are responsible for any taxes, processing fees, banking fees, or currency conversion fees associated with their purchase.

The Soul Voyage reserves the right to modify pricing, schedules, locations, facilitators, offerings, or program details at any time. Any changes will not affect registrations that have already been completed and paid in full.

Participation in Soul Voyage experiences is entirely voluntary.

You understand and acknowledge that transformational wellness practices may involve physical, emotional, psychological, energetic, spiritual, and personal development experiences that vary significantly from person to person.

Physical sensations
Temporary discomfort
Altered states of awareness
Personal insights

Dizziness

The surfacing of memories, emotions, beliefs, or personal experiences

By participating in any Soul Voyage offering, including Somatic Breathwork, Sacred Geometry Energy Healing, guided meditations, workshops, retreats, online programs, and app-based experiences, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You agree that participation is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.

7. NO MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE

The information provided through our website, events, programs, mobile application, recordings, facilitators, practitioners, and educational materials is intended solely for educational, wellness, and personal development purposes.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, licensed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Blue Root Acupuncture LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and may be subject to legal action.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE

The Soul Voyage may photograph, record, livestream, or film portions of events, retreats, workshops, and experiences for educational, promotional, archival, and marketing purposes.

By attending a public Soul Voyage event, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and participation to appear in photographs, videos, recordings, promotional materials, websites, social media content, and future marketing materials.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify The Soul Voyage in writing prior to the event.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soul Voyage, Blue Root Acupuncture LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, practitioners, volunteers, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
