Nothing offered by The Soul Voyage is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, psychological condition, or mental health disorder.

4. ELIGIBILITY

By participating in any Soul Voyage offering, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent where legally permitted.

You have consulted a qualified healthcare provider when appropriate regarding your participation.
You are voluntarily choosing to participate in our offerings and accept responsibility for that decision.

The Soul Voyage reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual when deemed necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

5. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Registration for events, programs, retreats, memberships, subscriptions, and other offerings is subject to availability.

By participating in any Soul Voyage offering, including Somatic Breathwork, Sacred Geometry Energy Healing, guided meditations, workshops, retreats, online programs, and app-based experiences, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You agree that participation is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.

7. NO MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, licensed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Blue Root Acupuncture LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and may be subject to legal action.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE

The Soul Voyage may photograph, record, livestream, or film portions of events, retreats, workshops, and experiences for educational, promotional, archival, and marketing purposes.

By attending a public Soul Voyage event, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and participation to appear in photographs, videos, recordings, promotional materials, websites, social media content, and future marketing materials.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify The Soul Voyage in writing prior to the event.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
