Your safety, comfort, and well-being are our highest priority. Please read this page carefully before registering for any Soul Voyage experience.

Somatic Breathwork

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful and deeply transformative practice. Because it involves active, conscious breathing patterns that can significantly alter the body's physiology, it may not be suitable for everyone.

Breathwork may not be suitable if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Pregnancy
  • Detached retina
  • Glaucoma
  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Cardiovascular disease (including angina, previous heart attack, or stroke)
  • Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
  • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, or kidney failure
  • Asthma (please bring your inhaler)
  • Epilepsy
  • Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or any other psychiatric condition
  • Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
  • Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release

This list is not exhaustive. If you have a condition not listed here, please consult your physician before participating. If you have or have had any of the conditions listed above, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending.

If breathwork is not right for you at this time, Sacred Geometry Energy Healing is an equally powerful alternative with no contraindications — you simply lie down and receive.


Sacred Geometry Energy Healing

Sacred Geometry Energy Healing is non-invasive and has no known contraindications. It is safe and accessible for all ages, all health conditions, and all stages of life.

Please note: while Sacred Geometry requires nothing physically demanding, it is an equally powerful and intense healing experience. Deep emotional release, energetic shifts, and a meaningful detox and integration process are all possible and completely normal. Accessible to everyone does not mean mild — it means safe for everyone.


General Guidelines for All Sessions

Regardless of which experience you attend, we recommend the following:

  • Hydrate well before and after your session. Water supports your body's natural detox and integration process.
  • Eat lightly in the hours before your session. A heavy meal can interfere with your experience.
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to fully relax.
  • Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for at least 24 hours before your session.
  • Honor your integration period. After a session, give yourself space. Rest if you need to. Drink water. Journal. Be gentle with yourself. Healing continues long after the session ends.

A Note on Detox and Integration

It is not uncommon to experience a detox response in the hours or days following a session — emotional waves, vivid dreams, fatigue, or temporary physical symptoms as the body processes and integrates what was released. This is normal and is a sign that the work is continuing.
