CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Soul Voyage, many of our experiences have limited capacity in order to create a safe, intimate, and transformational environment for participants. When you register for an event, program, retreat, or experience, your space is reserved specifically for you.
For this reason, please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering.
LIVE EVENTS
All registrations for live events, including but not limited to:
- The Reset
- The Energy Experience
- The Full Reset
- Breathwork Events
- Sacred Geometry Energy Healing Events
- Workshops
- Special Events
are non-refundable.
Because your registration reserves a limited space, refunds will not be issued for:
- Scheduling conflicts
- Illness
- Travel delays
- Weather conditions
- Personal emergencies
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Failure to attend
TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKET
We understand that life happens.
If you are unable to attend a live event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge.
Transfer requests must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
The new participant must meet all eligibility and safety requirements for participation.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY THE SOUL VOYAGE
In the unlikely event that The Soul Voyage cancels an event, participants will be offered one of the following:
- Transfer to another event of equal value
- Credit toward a future Soul Voyage event
- Refund at the sole discretion of The Soul Voyage
The Soul Voyage is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodations, lost wages, or other costs associated with event cancellation.
RETREATS
Retreats require significant planning, venue commitments, accommodations, and advance expenses.
Specific cancellation terms for retreats may differ from standard event policies and will be clearly outlined on the registration page for each retreat.
Unless otherwise stated, retreat registrations are non-refundable.
If a retreat participant cannot attend, transfer options may be available depending on the retreat location, venue policies, and timing of the request.
ONLINE PROGRAMS
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, online programs, recorded trainings, courses, memberships, and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
Once access has been granted, refunds cannot be issued.
This includes:
- Online Courses
- Digital Programs
- Recorded Workshops
- Downloadable Resources
- Membership Content
- Mobile App Content
MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
If The Soul Voyage offers recurring memberships or subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for payments already processed.
Membership access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Requests made due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any exception granted is entirely at the sole discretion of The Soul Voyage and does not create an obligation to provide future exceptions.
